Cancelling an Order
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. And in most cases we cannot stop shipping or refund shipping costs.
To avoid any inconvenience, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will help you promptly.
Defective Goods
If you find that the product is defective, we will help you solve the problem. You need to do the following:
1. Provide your order number.
2. Take clear photos or videos of the defective product from different angles, if possible, keep the original packaging and take photos of the box when the product arrived.
3. A brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
4. Contact us as soon as possible: send a message to service@aletruny.com.
Returns (if applicable)
We strive to make you completely satisfied with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a simple 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days. We will provide a return address.
Please note that custom orders or items are not eligible for returns under this policy.
Return Costs
Aletruny's return policy is simple. If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the problem was caused by us, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund by email.
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours (PayPal refunds) and 7-10 business days (credit card refunds), depending on your bank's processing time. Please allow enough time for the funds to be returned to your account. If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact our customer service team at service@aletruny.com for assistance.
If your refund request is denied, we will explain the reasons and suggest a revised refund amount or alternative solution. If you disagree with our decision, please provide more details so that we can re-evaluate the matter.
